Pushing away your customers

Many companies appear to have a strategy of making you buy their product and then getting rid of you as soon as they can. That might explain why you can’t reach a human when you call customer services or why, when you finally talk to someone, they seem to be following a script.

It’s possible to make money and do work that matters,. The only thing you need to ask yourself is how you would like to be treated if you were a customer of your own company.

Getting people through the door is going to get more and more expensive. Are you ready to care?
