But sometimes telling a story requires a leader too. The one who makes the decision to keep the customer as a hero beyond the website narrative.
There are good and great storytellers who will entertain you, and then we have leaders who want to tell a story with you, be part of the story with you, embody the story for you and with you.
These leaders know how to create and bring change. They are heroes too.
